Got a new tank and was wondering the best way to get rid of it?
Wasn't sure if I should leave it on the curb, recycle, etc.

A lot of places won't take them unless you cut them open. Might want to call to check.

Now why would you be looking to dispose of your newly acquired tank so quickly? :ROFLMAO:
Man you're stupid. By "it" he meant the GN. So just to make it simple for you, he bought a new tank and now he wants to dispose of the GN. He plans on keeping the tank!

Keeping just the tank and tossing the car would make much more room in the garage for activities.

oh my gosh I must have been tired or something. Next time I will read what I typed. I meant to say I bought a new gas tank, what should I
do with the old rusty piece of junk tank.

We're just messing with you. I also have one sitting here outdoors getting rusty. Just take it to closest car repair place and they will dispose of it when the junk man visits.

Put it out with your garbage. A Scrapper will come get it before the garbage men get there.

Better yet, put "for sale" sign on it and it'll be gone for sure!
Friend of mine had a bunch of pallets out in his yard with a "free pallets" sign no one was interested so he changed it to "Pallets $5 each" they were gone by morning. It's all in the marketing

So this isn't a problem just in my neighborhood. I set my old fender out last Sunday. It has a huge hole in it. I went to take some more junk to the road 30 min later and the fender was gone. My Mom's mailbox got hit and it knocked the box into the ditch. It didn't really get any damage. She picked it up and put it on the driveway and I was going to deal with it later in the day. Somebody took the mailbox.

I put things at the the end of my drive the evening before just to see how long they last. Be gone in ten minutes if you put a sign on it that says : FREE AND WORKS!!
