Whats the gasket material most used between the intake and the block on a 87 GN motor?

right stuff or rtv , or the rubber strips that come with the 1 pc intake/valley pan gaskets like the felpro 96033

Thank you, I put 7 years into restoring my GN, original owner, and only have a few more small problems to fix. I do enjoy the time I spend with my car.
