can you actually have this happen? is there a way to adjust the band? if not, will the billet servo kit bruce sells allow me to do this?

A burned band is possible and a burned band is a dead band and nothing will help it. GM makes differ length apply pins but unless you have the tool you won't know what you need, bruce makes his pin to be able to adjust and it's simple, but if the band is fried I doubt even his servo and pin will save it.

i do not think it is fried

part throttle shift are great, (cold or hot) wot shift is awesome cold(:D ) hot 1-2 shift is a slider, no slipping ...just no pop. no crap in fluid, line pressures great. ????????????? car sat a lot, only thing i figure is glazed band. my mother's chrysler shifted like this when the band was in need of adjustment
