I just received a renewal notice today from GMHTP. It says that my account is "seriously past due", and that they will be "sending my account to a collections agency" if my payment is not received immediately. It also says that this is the sixth notice that they have sent me. Six notices? That is a year's worth of issues. What in the world are they thinking treating a loyal customer (since1998) like this? The subject of the notice they sent me is "Delinquent Credit Obligation". Last time I checked, I had to prepay for my subscription. I am not at all obligated to spend my hard earned money with them. Instead of sending me a reminder to please continue to patronize their business, they send me a letter trying to bully me into thinking that I owe them something. This is an outrage! Too bad that my wife has already sent them a check. I will not continue my subscription. Sorry for the rant, but I feel like I have been taken advantage of. You all had better watch them, you dont want a blemish on your credit report because of some BS like this.
