GN horn emblem???

What is the correct horn emblem for a 1987 GN???? The one on my friends car has a "T" on it. I think it's for a "T" type and not a GN. I've seen pictures of other GN's with the Buick three shields emblem. The one he is looking for has the power6 logo on it.
Anyone know which it the correct one????

The one whit the shields is the right one. You can get the power6 or ones that say grand national on them from a vendor. The web site is:
buickgn.com. and they ever have one for the gnx. they also have other good stuff there.

Some 87 GNs came with a T horn emblem.I think they ran out of the other ones at one point.Because I've seen more than a few in 87 GNs.

I kind of thought the power6 emblem was an aftermarket item.
I'll let my friend know about it.
Has anyone gotten one of the complete horn buttons from Turbo Regal Custom Parts???? How close is it in shape to the original ??? The picture makes it look like it's kind of different.

For whatever reason GM decided that the replacement horn pads would come with the "T" emblem only. The GN disc with the tri-shield was a separate part# and a pain the butt to swap. easiest thing is to get a overlay from buickgn.com with either the shield or the "6" logo.
