GN spotted in Sacramento

A friend of mine sent me this video he took, wondered if it was someone on here. Of note I don't hear a v6 or a turbo in the video so it could be a v8 swap.

A v8 swap wouldnt necessarily be that quiet, probably just exhaust system on the gn hiding the engine sound or crappy mic on whatever is recording that vid is why you arent hearing the gn roar. It isnt the greatest sound quality after all.
