gn stuff works with the gtp?

i just sold my t-type, and now im looking at getting a gtp. i still have my knock gauge and scanmaster from the t-type. and i went onto the grandprixstore.com, and they were selling caspers knock gauges and the scanmasters for the gtp!?!?! are these the same? can i use my stuff from the t-type on the gtp?

Jeff, if you go back to the caspers website, it will tell you that your Knock Gauge will not wire in to the GTP knock sensor setup directly. You will either need to get ahold of a GN knock sensor and knock module or purchase the kit from caspers as the knock gauge is NOT compatible with the GTP's stock knock sensors.

As for YOUR scanmaster, I would imagine it wouldn't work on the GTP unless it is OBDII compatible.
