Going to look at TTA have questions

I am going to look at a TTA next week and would like to know what I should look for on the car. I know it has around 40,000 miles and is in storage.
What are the common things to look out for on these cars as I am not that familiar with them.
Also what is a fair price if it looks to be in good shape.

Value could be from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on condition and whether or not has been abused or severely modified. Hard top with cloth is more rare and has potential to be worth more than T-topped with leather.
