Will the center caps from a regular GN fit the center of the GTA rims?

No, the nuts on the GN rim are acorn and the GN center cap is held in place by the edge of the acorn on the nut. The GTA rim have the nut sub-set inside a counter sunk hole so the acorn edge is below the surface of the rim where the GN center cap would rest.
