header panel install help ???

switching mine out and the header panel i bought didnt come with the long l-shaped bracket siliconed on.(the bracket that is siliconed to the top of the header panel that bolts to the top of the core support).does anyone know what kind of silicone the factory used on this and where i can get it? thanks

That piece bolts to the header panel. Whether the factory had some glue on it, I don't know.
