Are the Hellfires a tool steel ring ?

I had hellfire tops in my old on-center motor w/ C&A 2nds and oil.

They sealed up awesome and were tough as nails. Always <4% leakdown on a cold motor.

I believe they are not tool steel.

The problem is with us 3.8 guys is they only start at 4.00 bore . I run them on my nitrous smallblock . Laz

I found out they dont make the Hellfire for a 4.00" bore with a 1/16" ring...............
