Hello from Mount Vernon, WA!

Hey all, I got a '79 Buick Regal a couple months ago as my very first car, and am really interested in fixing her up. I got directed to this site from FlintBuick4Life (who has been very helpful) after messaging him from his '78 Buick Project video. I plan on taking automotive classes at the college I am attending in the fall, to learn the ins and outs since I have no experience.

There she is-

The Vinyl is in very bad condition, A good amount of rust holes/spots, A large Dent (which I am trying to find a way to take out) The Left hand Turn Signal Lense is busted and the car usually has to run for about 5-8 minutes before I can drive. (It usually dies if I back out too soon.)
I would appreciate any help that can get me going.
