Help identify AFPR

What kind of adjustable FPR is this?

That FPR looks like the one i have on my car it's mark maritone unit he was a guy making the stock regulator adjustable. if you notice the lower part of the unit is a factory 237 regulator with a adjustable top. i have had mine on the car for 7-8 yrs now.

Thanks. I thought it looked factory, but since it was adjustable I knew it couldn't be. It's oldschool like alot of things on my car, but it still works fine.
