Help...lug removal

My wheel had snapped a lug. How do I pull it out the rest of the way? Just a pair of vicegrips? Also i have two stripped ones. Can I just take them from a junkyard and reapply them?

take a hammer and pound them out .go to a tire/wheel store or part store and get new wheel studs.they are metric. use open end lug nuts to pull them back in preferable if you use a impact gun.
