Help to ID Torque converter

Help to ID Torque converter
I pulled the cover off to check my torque converter out and it is stamped all around the outside 7M. No colors or anything (mainly rust color) Does anyone know what this converter is and is it the right one ? Have been having troubles with low end power and someone suggested I check this out. I know the trans was rebuilt in the car before I bought it.

Could this be causing a problem with not having a lot of low end power ? Anyway to help this without replacing the converter ? Maybe adding a Qboost controller less spool up ?
