Help with ID of this part

This part is on a spare wiring harness from a turbo car.
Seems added on? The vacuum tubes are odd.
There appears to be a gm pn on the part cant get it to come up?
Sure there someone here that knows

Forget this ,application is not from turbo car as assssumed

Never seen that piece on a Turbo Regal.

Yes i jumped to conclusions on this. Saw it on a wire harness with that oval black tubing like our cars have and didn't look hard enough
Thought i was on to some late 1987 production GM shenanigans
