Help with my setup.

I have a problem with knock on the highway I get a retard of 5 half throttle and 12 full throttle (running 15 pounds of boost)? but full throttle from a stop to a 1/4 mile i get KR 2-4 O2 815 ? I have turned the boost down to 11 pounds now and get no KR to a 1/4 mile and not more than a KR of 5 on the highway. I WANT MORE BOOST !! Do I need bigger injectors for more boost without knock.
