Looking at an 87' Buick Regal limited Turbo-t. It is silver with blue interior. It has a bench seat. From what I have gathered on my 2 days of research on these cars so far the limited is rare, especially with the bench seat option. The car is farely clean and rust free. It has 132,000 miles on it. It has a fresh .030 over long block on an engine stand with a new cam of unknown size. The trans is also fresh. Both have receipts adding up over $2500.00. The wheels aren't original and are very gay but the tires are like new. Everything else was in the trunk and looked pretty complete. I couldn't find the lower intake or turbo plumbing. Interior is very nice. I plan on buying this car in the next few days and want to know from some seasoned pro's if it is worth the $2500.00 he is asking. If its worth more or less than this let me know also. Thanks guys!

If it's all there it's worth $2500 in parts. Make sure it still has the 8.5 rear end in it.

thanks for the reply ineedagn! yes it does have the 8.5. Is there no one else with a good or bad comment?

If it is a complete car then it's worth that but if is going to take more than moderate repair then you may be better off buying a finished car. If you are looking at it as an investment the Limited's are far rarer than a GN, but don't look for GN type money out of it for resale......yet. Right now these cars are appreciating but for some reason, and it's been discussed alot, even though mechanically they are the same cars, everybody that doesn't know better wants a GN so the T's just don't bring as much money.

Well the deal is sealed. I am officially a limited turbo-t owner (first time owner of any buick). I traded my 86 mustang GT for 8500.00 cash and the car described above. The lower intake is def. missing but I found the turbo plumbing and intercooler. Look for a lot of questions as I get this project going. I will tey to get some pics up before long.

Lower intakes are usually $125 - 150. If you find one equal or cheaper on the board, snag it.
