I would rather do a Accufab or GN1 over the hemco.

It's a mixed bag of opinions on the Hemco. But my own personnel experience with a Hemco was very positive. I changed up from a stock throttle body and plenum to a 62 mm throttle body and a 62 mm Hemco. Boost went from 18# to 23# the car had been running consisent 12.0s and the next time out with only these changes ran 11.78. next time out at the same boost. Just my experience yours may differ.

If your considering it for the air flow distribution, you may want to consider the RJC Power Plate. Much cheaper than purchasing a whole new doghouse. And MANY on here using it with excellent results.

From what I read RJC's PP with the stock intake manifold seem to work pretty well. He did some high tech testing on the Hemco and didn't like the results and even corrects for the stock appearing plenum if I'm not mistaking.
