6 cyl did great...11.48

Monte Carlo blew some rods and bell housing cracked apart.

500c.i. was scary fast...The transbrake was useless..no hook-up there..almost ate the wall..more than once...didn't give up

Had to foot brake...ease into first...shift early...then punch it after 3rd was established...came home with an 9.86 and 9.80 at 142 mph.

I can't see this car ever reaching it's true potential with those wimpy 275/60 drag radials.

Oh well, I made it home in one piece...and had a great time.

Great work Jeff! wish I was there to help you. sounds like the Buick is doing the job for you. Just keeps on going quicker. I have no comments on your other two cars. I'm just biased towards the Buick. Glad your still in one piece, Keep the madness going! Lou
