high o2 reading

Hey guys i need some info. I went for a drive today didnt pay attention when i left but when i got to the stop sign in my neighborhood i looked at scanmaster and my o2 was reading 945 and started idling rough. I drove around the block and the 02s came down like normal goin down to 400-700s at the next stop it went back to 945 so turned around and went home. What do you think would be making this happen? Thanks for any info in advance.

A bad maf could report higher than the actual mass air flow and cause this.

What MAF? What Chip? What O2?

it has a stock maf im not sure on the chip but im orederin a new tt chip and injectors today and the 02 is not even a year old yet and its a bosch.
