Hose missing!!!

Just looking over my car and i noticed a vacuum line is missing. The location is on top of the passenger valve cover towards the front of the car. There is another vacuum hose there that is coming from the turbo that connects there or from that general area.

Sounds like the boost solenoid and it sounds correct. The boost solenoid has 2 ports on one end and an electrical connection on the other. It is about an inch long or so. One port should remain open and originally had a little foam filter. The other port has a vacuum line that connects to the "y" . The "straight thru" port of the "y" connects to the turbo and is the source of pressure. The angled port on the "y" goes to the wastegate actuator. You can't use a standard "T" fitting, because the "y" has an oriface that bleeds the boost.
