Yeah like the title says. It sucks. I have an issue with the parking lights going out changed the fuse and the two start ups later they are out again. The charging on my car is intermittent. My scan master has it at 13's sometimes shut the car off and re start it. The scan master is in the high 11's. I purchased and installed the Casper field fix kit. To try to help. It seems like when the car is charging in the 11's the parking lights don't work. Not sure if its related. And lastly the radio installed in the car was done by a hack!!! Cut the car harness off and tried to direct wire the radio to the car. So now if I turn the lights on the antenna goes up even if the radio is not on. Plus no sound at all from the deck. Short history the car has been sitting for 7 plus years and I have brought it back from the dead. Now little things are showing up. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you in advance sorry to be long winded a lot going on with the car.

Body ground at/near the batt hooked to the screw in the inner fender?
Pos cable melted at the dp? Pos cable have the green grunge at the batt terminal end? [Insulation may cover it up.]
Ground cable should be on the bolt that goes thru the turbo support brkt. Bolt loose? Bolt gone?
Charge wire that runs from alt to batt in good shape? Look under the ft of the engine. Should be in a loom that hangs there.
If the park lite fuse is blowing.. it's a dead short. Chase the harness down, and be sure it;s not damaged.
Sounds like the radio is in need of an overhaul.... or replacement.

Thank you for the fast reply I will check those out. I have replaced both the positive and negative posts on the battery. But unsure of the other grounds or the condition of the wires under the coatings. Would it be wise to replace those with 4 gauge wire for running sub's I have a lot of that I am not using.

here's a site that has a lot of good info: http://www.vortexbuicks-etc.com/

I'd not use the replacement cable ends. Go to Caspers and get the cables as a complete part.
Until you have the issues corrected, leave the sound system unhooked.
Every ground, every connector, etc need to be cleaned and verified as working correctly... This includes volt drop testing, etc.
