I am interested in changing over to a front mopunt intercooler on my 84 GN, and want to know how much it will involve.

My first inclination is to add a set of headers and intake from an 86-87, relocate the turbo, and then just buy a front mount kit. Can anyone tell me if there is anything I am missing in this equation. Will this setup work with the old v-belt stup, do I need a new throttle body???

Help please.

you will have to swap EVERYTHING over to run the 87 setup.your best bet is find a complete 87 parts car and get everything all at once.

or you could buy the spearco front mount for 84's.
