Anyone play either of the cheesy Hot Rod games the put out for the PC? They have a Turbo Buick in there, (as well as a Monte Carlo and lots of other 'classic' muscle cars) and it's cheap fun taking a junky car and turnign it into an eight-second monster - only problem, is every car comes with some form of junk V8 from the start, and you can (easily) cram a Ford 302 into a first-gen Camaro (and even into a Subaru WRX in the second version), and no automatic transmissions.
Fun cheap game, and even my wife can turn a 22-second slug into a ten-second car.
