How do I remove headrest?

I'm pulling the seat cover for re-work. How do take the headrest off? Lear Siegler seat.

There is a tab that locks the headrest in. You can make
a hooligan tool from a piece of thin, flat steel, such as
skid banding, and slip it down between the headrest shaft and the seat and pull the headrest past the lock. I don't remember which side, front or back, the lock is on, but you probably can feel the lock when the tool hits it. HTH
