I am think about getting a Grand National or a t-type an I would like to know if I get this suff will I be in the 11's

Yeah I agree, do you want to go fast or buy parts, because 1/2 that stuff you don't need.
 
most of that info (parts list) really doesnt tell us much, we would need to know the WOT timing on the chip, type of fuel you plan on running, and the boost level you will run.....along with what type of tires....it sounds like you are considering the necessary parts (fuel delivery, turbo, and exhaust) to get into the 11's, but a good amount of tuning the car determines 11.99 or 11.00, along with good traction of course...

if you havent read up on all the www.gnttype.org articles about buildups (recipies) and how to drag race a GN, you should do that before you go to the track.....
 
11's thru a cat is a tough trick, without ported heads. Not so much because of the flow restriction of the cat (though there is a lot), but because a cat precludes you from running the High Octane Leaded race gas that makes 11's WAYYY easier.

Other than that (well, and the flowmasters, but swapping the dump for the cat will solve that) there isn't any reason it wouldn't be able to eventually run 11's with race gas on slicks.
