Yes, that combo is a real good starting point. You have the fueling mods, hopefully an adjustable regulator also. Stock injectors are said to lean out at 110 to 112 mph, which you do not have to worry about. So your combo would be limited by the stock turbo, which are not efficient over 22 lb boost. I have only had my car to the quarter track twice, see sig on the T, run at 20 to 21 lb boost.
With posi, good launch (1.7X), sticky tires(drag radials or slicks), race fuel and race chip, you could go high 11s to mid 12s depending on the tune, car weight, and valve springs (original?). With a bad launch, 2.0 to 2.5 you could go high 13s, so most of the ET is in the launch with the mph showing the tune/horsepower. The scanmaster is a good tuning tool to start with, that's what I have. Hit the track before the season ends, the cool weather will be great for good times, and let us know.
