how long to idle?

How long should i let my car idle in order to let the turbo spool down after a drive?

About 20 seconds after a normal drive, a minute after a "good" one

I'v been lettin it idle for about 2 minutes after a normal drive just to make sure that i didn't urn the bearings up. I'm glad i don't have to let it idle as long as i thought.
