How much boost are people running on Sy/Ty w/ alky and 93 octane?

Alot depends on how good you are at tuning. Me, I run a pt61 on a stock motor with 130,000 miles on it at 24-26 psi. But I am not the norm.

Is that with meth? whats your timing? what kind of engine mangement are you using?

I cant find any methanol around here, there has to be some but idk where to look.

I'm limited to the amount of tuning i can do becuse this truck only has an adjustable chip that only adds fuel and changes the timing from 16 to 17.

this truck is getting knock at 20 psi w/ 93 in the tank and denatured alcohol.
Should i be using somthing else?

The truck is running a bit rich, and i have the fuel pressure at 42psi. this truck has a pt44 and 50lb injectors.

Yes this is on meth. I am running the stock computer with an ultimate on the t2 f1 setting which is 17 deg of timing and the leanest fuel setting.

What chip are you using? If it is the ultimate for the 50# injectors that is the same one I am running.

I tried the denatured alki and had the same problem. Went to 100% meth and all is well. Been running this way for about 2 years now.

I'm the same. Or very close to it, but not running a Ult chip. I'm running a Mike Hood tune.

Thats what I use, because I also cant find it localy.

i think he has the same chip, its got like 0 to 9 and then the letters also. i had it set on 0 becuse its running rich and still getting knock. im going to a place that sells methanol tomarow and go from there.
