Im sure this is a topic that been brought up plenty of time through out the years but i was curious to find out what you guys thought. I was wondering what the percentage difference in HP would be between the crank and at the wheel.

Typically between 15-25% Dependent on converter & set up.

What size rims are those?

If you're lucky with a stock setup and a locked converter you'll get 15%. Lighter drivetrain parts can help lower the % but a crappy converter can make it horribly worse.

I think that our cars lose about 16%-18% on the average, compared against the newer cArs that lose about 12%-14%, compared to the older early to late '60's high performance cars that lost about 25% such as the Mopars, probably due to variations in transmission & drivetrain improvements, but primarily tranny improvements, I think. The high loss for early '60's high performance cars is for automatics. I don't remember ever seeing how sticks compared.
Just from what I have read & talked to peeps about, too.
