How to cure 2-3 bind

If a trans was to bind on the 2-3 shift would it be more likely to do it on WOT than on part throttle? How do you cure a slight bind, would a stiffer servo return spring help or is there a better idea? I felt a bind from 2-3 on full throttle but it was only twice on the same day and went away on the next drive so I want to know how to cure it just incase it comes back I can battle it!!! Thanx!!!

Stiffer spring might help, but will also cause more resistance for 2nd to over come.

Yeah it was just that type F. it wont be in there much longer ThanX
