I have a turbo tweak chip for ta-49 ,42# lucas, welbro pump ,17 lb boost,42 fuel pressure. The car runs well, but runs better at 40 fuel pressure. The injectors have a green stripe and a serial number. How do i tell if they are kirban injectors or lucas 42# and ta-49 turbo. When I bought the car I think they took off the turbo and put back the stock one.I say this because it has the stock down pipe and orign waste gate actuator. If i put a stock chip in the car it dies at anything more than 1/3 throttle?

The only green stripes I know of are 30lbers and 42.5lbers. The only way you can tell the difference is to pull em out. 30lbers have 2 holes in the bottom and 42.5lbers have 3.

Based on how you car's running, it sounds like you have the 42.5s.

The easiest way to check your turbo is to take the inlet bell off and see how much meat you have between the inlet hole and the edge of the flange. If its a TA-49, that part will be really thin.

Good luck..
