technically, any car that parks there won't be emitting any emissions for 99% of the time they are in that spot..

i wish i would have gotten a pic of the electric car charging stations in 2 parking spots in front of the Wal Mart north of Austin, TX when i was down there last month.. they must have just added the chargers, because there were huge fresh oil stains in the parking spots.. but it was like 100 degrees and i just wanted to get into the AC to buy a few things so i didn't take a pic..

When we lived in Virginia Beach people would drive in the HOV (high occupancy vehicles) with blow up dolls in the passenger seat. That is how you pick up the ladies.

The guys with the blow up dolls were getting caught too. How do you explain that to the judge? The news even reported about it too. That would be embarrassing to get caught on camera with a blow up doll in the passenger seat going down the highway.

Imagine going on a date with some hot girl and popping open the trunk and there is Mrs Oh face staring at you and your date!
