I am thinking about getting this grand national the car is a 84 it is getting coverted into a 86-87 drivetrain. the car will have about 500 hp when it is put back together he told that it will cost about 2grand to put it back together correct. this is what he wrote me.
Project for the last 9 years...not done! Any guesses??? Show quality paint in 1997, rebuilt motor with performance upgrades...hasn't been running yet. Updated to '86-'87 drive train...way too much to list. Needs a few things to be completed...mostly just put back together

Depends on what it needs. Are you doing it yourself or having someone do it for you? What worries me is that it hasnt been running. Who knows what kind of condition its in

yea i see what your sayin he sauid back in 2000 he blew the engine an every since then its been garage stored an he took apart the engine an started coverting it

It's been 9 years; so I'm guessing it will take longer than that. It will probably take more room than you plan for. Once you get a car like that in an average 2 car garage; there's no room left to work on it.

Nice seats though. I've been looking; and even the low mile cars have holes in them.
