My car idles at 1100 rpms with iac closed. With the air condition on it idles at 775 rpms with iac all the way open. Is this common with the 70mm throttle body? my question is will I have to raise the idle without air conditioning on to get more idle when the air is on?

Go here ECM and Sensor Information and read about adjusting your IAC and TPS. It's towards the bottom of the list. As far as your idle goes it is programmed in the chip.

Edit: Just to get you started you probably need to close your throttle blade a little with the set screw (what some mistakenly call an idle adjustment screw) so the IAC can open up and control the idle. After that you'll need to reset the TPS and then IAC, and then TPS, and so on and so forth until it's all dialed in.

Edit 2: Also, before you do anything, make absolutely sure you don't have vacuum leaks.
