Can I use a 95MM TB with no IAC and be able to street drive a TT car???TIA

I assume you're talking about a FAST.

You can use it without IAC in theory, but cold starts will be rough- you may have to have your foot act as a choke. The FAST can still enrichen the startup mixture, but you won't have a fast idle when it's cold.

Also, you might want to disable the timing trim since the FAST won't really be able to control idle speed.
