IC screen performance??

Just wondering if there is a good difference if I remove the stock intercooler screen. Iknow it would let more air go into the intercooler but I was wondering if anyone had any numbers or ideas as to what it is actually worth performance wise.

Ive read somewhere that the screen rejects 40% of the airflow when in place . Im not sure of that data but you are going to get better airflow W/O it.

I've never seen a car running quicker than 13.9's that still had a screen on it. Like the "silencer" on a mustang 5.0 airbox, that is the very first thing people remove from there car. I'm sure a car will go a lot quicker than 13.9 with the sceen in place, but there is no real reason to keep it on. Put it someplace safe then sell it on E-bay for big bucks 15 years from now
