Im starting to Get Mad NOW!!

Ok here it is. I bought a mini-DV camcorder a while back and realized that I can't plug in into my computer to download it. So I went out and bought a DVD recorder. I burned my tapes to dvd and they play perfectly. Now, how the hell do I save this to my computer files. For the life of me I can't figure it out!!!!!

The dvd will play fine with the windows media player but I don't know how to save it to a file so I can share some video with others on the web.

Help???

google "convert dvd to avi" (or mpeg) it's a LONG process, a full dvd is gonna take hours upon hours to convert to an AVI unless you're running a rig much nicer than my 3.2Ghz P4

I think Nero might actually do this but I'm not sure.
