I have the Go Pro camera and it comes with a suction cup that I mount to the pass window...

I made a bar with a u-bolt that goes around the passenger head rest support and mounted a tripod camera mount on the other end. The camera mount can be put back on the tripod so it's not a ruined item

I use Manfrotto mounts and love em. I had them on cars that were well over 130mph thru the traps! Got it at Film Tools. Lots of good stuff there.

So yea there stuff holds well!
