injector harness on 84 t

My 84 t has a two plug iinjector harness and I am not sure it is hooked up in the correct order. The four pin is ABCD and the three pin is ABC. I am wondering what is the correct order. How do I know which one goes to each injector or does it make a difference. I can find the order for an 87 but not an 84. It does not want to start and backfires. It has spark and fuel.

Looks like the harness was hooked up incorrectly. Now I am not sure on the numbering of the cylinders. From the front on the drivers side does it go 1,5,3 and passenger side 4,2, 6 ? Have been working on this for a couple months with little progress. Thanks for the help.
