Installing T.V cable

I am willing to pay someone to come to where my car is currently at and set my T.V cable pressure. I just installed a brand new transmission. I have a new T.V cable to go in with it. I have read so many bad things about not having it set correctly and burning them up in a mile down the road that i'm a little gun shy. I am located in 21921 MD. wheres the old one? also should hook up a pressure gauge to it to see
