I personally do not see any need for a sheet metal intake , there are many
cars out there running with just converted carb intakes . We do have
several stage 2 engines both ways and it seems that there is no advantage
to the fabed piece. I believe that the rpm's that most people turn there
engines negates any usefull gains . Our TSO car has an early BG offcenter
with DLS mods , Ted A has a DLS BG also. Unless you have a unlimited
budget and plan to run your engine in excess of 8500 rpm stick with the
conventional design.
