Is there supposed to be foam inside the A-pillar

My t-top car has foam in the a pillers. Is it supposed to be there ? What about a drain on the driver side piller?

No foam. I wouldn't put it in there either, it ill hold moisture

Was your car a factory T top or aftermarket?..Do you have pics of it? Just curious 'specially when you mentioned drain tubes,astro roof cars had tubes,I know that much
