Is this block from a Turbo Riviera?

I have a motor that I was assuming was a random junkyard 3.8 2-bbl. The casting number is 25514290. which is the same as my '83 T Type. Then I saw this on the back of the block (near the knock sensor hole) and starting thinking....is this possible from a Turbo Riviera? Would this plug be the turbo oil drain hole? I know '83 Regals had the retrun in the intake manifold, but Riviera's have the turbcharger hanging off the back of the motor. Do I have a turbo Riv motor?
