Is this the intake for the 4.1 swap in the 1984 3.8 V6 N/A?

That's a 4.1 intake.

The carb is electronic, but it's naked (it's missing some parts).

But if i'm gonna get it rebuilt anyway does it matter?

I was up late last night. Exciting Friday for a 34 year old. Typeing on a computer at 11 PM. (where's the geek smiley?)

The rebuilder may or may not have the missing parts. They aren't part of a kit, but most good rebuilders have spares. They will just charge a little more $.
