Jeg's Fuel Gauge

hey guys, I have a Jeg's fuel pressure gauge and I was wondering what are the specs for the fitting that I need to be able to mount it on the fuel rail?

Also, what should I set my fuel pressure to? I don't have any mods at the moment.
