I was referring to their physical condition not their mental condition.

The really sad part to this is that 8 of the 13 are under the age of 17 and i would be surprised if they wanted to be apart of this BS of their own choice.The adults should be charged with endangerment to minors and the kids removed from them before it's to late to help them.
