As most know, my brother is the machinist for Johnson's Hot Rod Shop in Gadsden Alabama. Well they won the Riddler award and it was just announced they have the Street Rod of the year!!!

Taking home the 2009 Street Machine of the Year title was Barry Blomquist's '62 Corvette built in house at the Roadster Shop! The winner of the Street Rod of the Year title is Doug Cooper's '32 B 400 from the Johnson's Hot Rod Shop stable in Gadsden, Alabama. Stay tuned for more on these cars and the winners...We should have features on both cars posted tomorrow evening!"
