Just back from the Body Shop!

Well, it seems like it took FOREVER.....but.....I Finally got my baby back yesterday!!!

After years of scratches, dings, Bird crap and so on.....my We-4 was in DIRE need of FRESH SINISTER BLACK PAINT !!!

And I gotta say...Damn the car looks GOOD !

I had a WE-4 back in 87, ordered a T-type and GM screwed up the order {good for me!} But the car was stolen only after two years of ownership. I always said I'd own another one....and so now I do.....and it looks like a Brand new one!

Ya just gotta Love these cars!

No pics YET.....they are still in the camera! But I took quite a few of them.....wanted to document the progress of the car as it was disassebled, stripped, painted and then reassembled.

It's simply amazing How good these cars looked when they were straight and freshly painted!!

Did you redo the bumper fillers before the painting?
I am just curious because I am going to start working on getting my GN's exterior painted. What was the range of cost you quoted by the paint shops for estimates??
